Mr. Andrews is the only Eminent Domain attorney in the Milton Area. Mr. Andrews graduated from Milton High School in 1971. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, with honors, where he was a National Merit Scholar and Florida Board of Regents Scholar. Mr. Andrews also received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the US District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Andrews is a Past President of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Foundation and the Milton Kiwanis Club.
Mr. Andrews has almost 50 years of experience in real estate law. He is one of the top attorneys for eminent domain in Northwest Florida. Currently his practice focus is eminent domain, commercial real estate, probate, and estate planning, including deeds, wills, POA's, and trusts.
